Process Improvement Partners can help you with your organization’s continuous improvement journey. But first, we need to know where you are on this journey. Please take the survey below, making sure to take note of your total score before hitting submit. Each question is between 1 and 5 points, with up to 25 points possible for all questions.
For your reference, here is an explanation of the range of scores:
>20 – Congratulations on a strong culture of continuous improvement. Voice of the Customer is known and shared across the organization. Employees are empowered to make improvements. There is a clear vision and strategy which is well known. Leadership ensures that improvements are sustained.

16 - 20 – Many opportunities exist to drive to world class performance. Customer feedback is gathered, but not shared broadly. Improvements come at the request of management. Vision and strategy are not well known. Improvement efforts aren’t always sustained
Use the site assessment to identify and prioritize next steps in your continuous improvement journey.
<16 – Organization is inwardly focused, with little Customer focus. Improvement efforts are rare. There may not be a clear vision and strategy. Problems, when corrected, resurface at a later date.
The site assessment will help you see the opportunities in front of you that will drive your organization to the next level of performance.
